Forms are unique in that they must gather information from the system and
then allow the user to edit that information, add to it and then print it
out in a format that usually the state or the client request.
Putting preprinted forms in your printer usually results in a
wasted form and in wasted time.
For DOS systems we design Forms in Hewlett Packard PCL 5 graphic
control language. What this means to you, is that most forms can be
duplicated exactly, and sent to the printer without the large amount of
network traffic which is often associated with Bitmap graphic forms. We
have created many state specific forms which pull information directly
from the David CompPlus™, Aragon Claims Manager™ and Dorn RiskMaster-DOS™ databases and then allow you to add the information required.
The software will print the forms on plain white paper exactly identical
to the state specified forms, but without the hassle of putting a form in
the printer, and without the cost of buying the forms. Be sure to

For Windows systems we use Adobe Acrobat® PDF files. We are often able
to retrieve the original form directly from the state or clients web
site. Using that form we can direct data from your system into the
form, and print it out on white paper. Additionally we can provide an
intermediate program to allow additional data entry. All of this is
directly linked to your claims system using our "LinkMenu"
program which is provided free of charge when you order your first form.
