Software lists all bill audited
during a period and also provides a break down of savings per claim
and provides an amount to bill customers based on a user defined
database.
Automatic Claim Creation/Upload Programs. $2000-$4000
Several different versions have
been written to upload claims from different sources. We can
easily modify one to meet your needs. The software will
read an exported file from another system and create claims within the
claims system. Designed to upload claims daily from another
system in which the first report of injury is originally entered.
Claim Data Export Program:

dumps all the claim data from the main files of CompPlus
and/or P&CPlus to ASCII text files.
Used to export data monthly/weekly/yearly to another system for
additional reporting needs. Very similar to the UNLOAD program
provided on the FREE Software page, but also includes AS OF dates,
multiple company dumps, and includes P&CPlus databases.
First Report of Injury Completed Report

Software reads through David
CLMDET file and checks to make sure that all claims with lost time
have a matching EDI entry in the FROI database. For states that
require electronic filing of First Reports of Injury, the software is
designed to catch claims that have accidentally not been sent
electronically to the state.

screen after a claim has been entered if the claim has an injury type
of 1 through 5.

Program reads the payment
database and converts data to a format utilized by many banks to
notify them of checks released. This information allows the bank to
know before a check is presented, who the check is supposed to be made
out to and the dollar amount, to prevent check fraud. Contact
your bank to see if this service is available, it may save you and/or
your clients a considerable amount in the near future.
Laser Check Software

will print checks on blank laser check stock using most Hewlett
Packard Laser printers and a MICR toner cartridge. Price
includes unlimited checking accounts, unlimited companies, multiple
security features, one check logo and one check signature, additional
items extra.
Safety National Casualty Corporation WC Claims Extract:

extracts data from David CompPlus databases in format specified
by SNCC.
Simple Claim Reports in MS-EXCEL format: $700.00
each Two programs are available, a
Workers Comp report and a P&C report. These programs output
claim data and AS OF financial information, in a format that can be
opened in Microsoft Excel. Great for manipulating data for
your own custom reports. Minor changes will be made at no cost.
